Breeding is part art, part science, and total devotion. It is both exciting and challenging, at times deeply rewarding, but also time-consuming, expensive, and occasionally heartbreaking. Our purpose is to produce healthy “Tiny Tanks” and unite families with loyal companions who will bring joy for years to come.

We are a small breeder, producing only a few litters per year. Our breeding dogs are beloved members of our family. Their health and well-being are always our top priority, even if it means postponing a planned breeding.

We go above and beyond to ensure all of our animals are healthy and sound. Each of our dogs undergoes rigorous health screenings before breeding, including echocardiograms, hip X-rays, and genetic testing. These steps help us give every litter the best chance of being strong, healthy, and to thrive.

Most of our puppies are placed in pet homes, but we do offer breeding rights to approved kennels.

Health Guarantee
Through selective breeding, we at Freedom Mountain Bulldogges make every effort to ensure your puppy is as healthy as possible. However, bulldog breeds (including Olde English Bulldogges) are prone to multiple health problems that are breed related. Purchaser agrees to accept responsibility for breed related issues that are not life threatening and are treatable. These problems include, but are not limited to: cherry eye, entropion or ectropion, eyelash abnormalities, stenotic nares, skin allergy, demodex, mild hip dysplasia and heat intolerance. Conditions that are covered in this guarantee include, but are not limited to: severe hip dysplasia, tracheal atresia, or heart defect. Freedom Mountain Bulldogges will not be responsible for any vet bills acquired. Puppies are guaranteed for one year from the date of birth. Puppies that have been injured or exposed to contagious diseases are not covered in this guarantee. NOTE: This guarantee does not cover what in bulldog breeds is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, eyelash abnormalities, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, stenotic nares, over-heating or heat exhaustion, demodex and mild hip dysplasia.

Conditions of the guarantee:

a) The Purchaser must have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after arrival, delivery or pick-up, for a complete physical examination. Suppose a veterinarian finds the puppy to have a contagious disease. In that case, we do not cover any veterinarian expenses or treatment since we have no control over exposure once the puppy leaves our home. We will guarantee the puppy will be up to date on vaccinations and worming. If a veterinarian does not examine the puppy within 48 hours after delivery or pick-up, this entire guarantee is no longer in effect. No monies will be refunded, and no replacements will be provided.
b) The puppy is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of birth against fatal and life-threatening congenital diseases that adversely affect the health of the animal. This guarantee will only cover congenital problems of a severe or life-threatening nature. Refund or replacement is at the Breeder’s discretion only. If a replacement puppy is given, it will be of equal value and chosen by the Breeder.
c) If a puppy is diagnosed with a severe health problem covered by this guarantee, the Purchaser must present a letter from their vet stating the nature of the problem. The letter must include the vet’s name, address, and telephone number. Freedom Mountain Bulldogges reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a second vet of their choice. If the second veterinarian suggests a reasonable treatment, the pup will be treated by the second veterinarian at the Purchaser’s expense. If the Purchaser refuses the treatment of the second vet, this guarantee is void. If treatment is unsuccessful, then a third veterinarian, with whom both parties agree, will be consulted. If the third veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a congenital disease covered in this guarantee, Freedom Mountain Bulldogges will provide a replacement puppy or a refund of the purchase price.
d) Behavioral issues are not covered under this guarantee.
e) This guarantee applies to the original owner only. It cannot be transferred.
f) In the event a puppy dies before reaching 12 months of age Purchaser must have a necropsy performed by a licensed veterinarian to determine cause of death. Purchaser is responsible for the necropsy cost. If necropsy results confirm that death was clearly and directly caused by a congenital defect covered in this guarantee Freedom Mountain Bulldogges will replace the puppy or refund the purchase price.
g) If a puppy has a congenital disease covered by this guarantee, Freedom Mountain Bulldogges reserves the right to either refund the purchase price or provide a replacement pup of equal value. This decision is at the sole discretion of Freedom Mountain Bulldogges. If Freedom Mountain Bulldogges elects to provide a replacement puppy, the puppy will be chosen by Freedom Mountain Bulldogges and will be of equal value. If Freedom Mountain Bulldogges chooses to provide a refund, the refund amount will not exceed the purchase price of the puppy. No refund will be given for any shipping costs the Purchaser may have paid to transport the puppy from Freedom Mountain Bulldogges to the Purchaser’s home. No veterinarian expenses or any other costs related to the puppy will be refunded. No refunds will exceed the purchase price of the puppy.
h) If a puppy has a congenital disease covered by this guarantee, Freedom Mountain Bulldogges reserves the right to have the puppy returned to them. Any transportation costs to have the puppy returned will be split 50/50 between Freedom Mountain Bulldogges and the Purchaser.
i) In the event of a genetic defect, which is a life-altering condition that may negatively affect the dog/puppy within the first two years of life, and euthanasia is chosen as the best option for the dog/puppy, because there is no quality of life, both the Purchaser AND the Breeder MUST agree in writing that Euthanasia is the best option. There are absolutely no exceptions to this clause. Lack of funds to provide care for a dog/puppy is not a reason to choose euthanasia.
j) If the condition is not specifically listed on this contract, then it's specifically excluded from the health guarantee.
k) There will be no cash refunds under any circumstances, except at the Breeder’s discretion if he/she opts to refund the purchase price rather than replace the dog/puppy
L) Any disputes or legal proceedings must be handled in the State of California.
